What industries do you serve?
We specialize in material handling, automation, and industrial services and equipment. Our clients often work in and around manufacturing, warehouses, and distribution centers.
What type of roles do you fill?
We help our clients hire the best talent in the industry. From C-Suites and Sales Leadership roles all the way to Branch Managers and Field Service Techs. We do it all. If you're not quite sure if we're a great fit for conducting the search based on the role, set up a call and we'll be the first to let you know.
How quickly can I expect candidates?
Several elements influence the speed and success of a hiring search, but on average, the entire process— from kickoff to extending an offer— spans 2-6 weeks. Entry-level sales roles are often filled more quickly, whereas senior production, leadership, and executive positions generally require more time. The timeline is also shaped by the client’s specific hiring procedures, the number of decision-makers involved, and their availability throughout the process.
What is your fee structure?
Our core services span a range of recruitment models. The majority of our clients are in a retained search partnership, but we do offer contingent, contracted, & more depending on the need. The fee’s range based on the model and other contributing factors. We are the most equipped talent partner in this market and as result the investment will match.
